41-story Giant!

Rising 650 feet, 1180 Peachtree is the most significant skyscraper built in Atlanta for over a decade. The second LEED® Core and Shell Gold high-rise office building in the world, 1180 Peachtree redefines the skyline of midtown Atlanta.

1180 Peachtree also stands out in terms of its sustainable design. Behind the unusually shaped facade of glass and metal is office space that is flooded with light through ten-foot, floor-to-ceiling glass. The building also uses a water-management system that decreases storm water by covering half of the roof with absorbing vegetation. The remaining storm water, in conjunction with the condensation collected from the building's mechanical systems, is channeled to an underground storage vault and used for irrigation, bypassing the need for city water
